Frank Hawkins is a character in the Halloween franchise. In Halloween (2018), Frank Hawkins is the Deputy of Haddonfield. Hawkins was the officer who found Michael Myers after his 1978 killing spree. He prevented Sam Loomis from killing Michael and instead had him brought into custody.
