Can you use FastPass during Halloween party?

There are only a limited number of tickets sold for the event which means smaller crowds and by extension shorter lines. For this reason, the FastPass+ system is not used during the party. However, guests with a valid party ticket are allowed to enter the Magic Kingdom well before the party (at 4pm).
